Read: proof that I cheated then ask why I am banned

just going to utterly rage right now at haypi... it is unacceptable to remove coins that have been paid for via normal channels. I have spent a fortune in coins on this server alone as many other people have in my alliance yet because of one "coin loader" who we had no idea about nor asked to be a part of.. haypi takes away all our coins money and resorces and army. coins money and resorces that loyal and rule abiding player have spent money on. not only does haypi do this once.. in our upset and confusion we letter support but recieve no answer (This was 5 days ago).. so i letter them again asking them what happened yesterday, in the mean time our whole alliance is donating hundreds of more $ to rebuild and make up for this "glitch".. we log in this morning to find... nothing... no resorces.. no coins... no money.. and no army. so not only did haypi rip us off once... but TWICE!!!!

oh im so sorry... dearest haypi, i request an answer for why i am now down from what i just counted on my bank statement over $200 in the past week and a half... But have had it all taken away... please and thank you very muchly... hows that???? we should see how you would react if you just had this same thing happen to you. At least my words were not as colourful as when i first saw what has happened. pardon me for being understandably angry.

im with miss on this one rico. whether or not the alliance knew shouldn't even matter, no alliance would ever betray one of their own unless it was very very serious (im talking legit account hacking) but even if they did know that that they were cheating support should NEVER punish an entire alliance like that. I mean they have records of who donated what, so they knew exactly how many coins that player donated so take that amount away, but to take away resources and kill off an entire alliance army? come on haypi that's low. you know why people use these coin hacks? its for those exact reasons. you screw over players so they screw you over, and yet you continue to do it. now im not trying to bash here, and ive always given support the benefit of the doubt but come one that was an extremely dumb thing to do if was actually them and not just a really badly timed glitch. just putting in my thoughts on this, no offense meant to anyone

The person that is responsible for the coin loading had left the alliance before i even joined. it was at the start of the server opening. Yet we (myself and every other legit player in our alliance) had all the money we have paid for and donated to build our allaince to the top 10 stripped from us. no one knew about it until support took everything away. but why twice? they took everything away once... so we letter support.. we donated more to keep our alliance going while the issue was sorted out and till we heard back from support. We get no answer so i letter support again so they took everything again! it's a joke!

Almost 3 years ago I was banned for putting over 1 million coins on my account. Speaking from experience, I know haypi handles these things with efficiency and also allowed me the respect to explain myself. Though I produced over $900 in iTunes receipts for the game, it wasn't enough to prove I hadn't cheated.

All my accounts were subsequently banned and I was one unhappy kinda guy.

One thing I learned from this experience is that haypi handles their business. While some may feel cheating for coins is not a serious problem for haypi you must not be considering that every stolen coin is a coin that haypi is not selling.

I will admit, as a third party observer here on the forums, I do not know the ins and outs of your problem, missy. But you are putting your problems on a public forum so I feel entitled to comment.

I truly believe, that unfortunately you're not giving us the whole story, or are in fact not aware of the whole story yourself. Its not haypi style for support to give you details and they rarely do. If you ask why they took away all your clan assets, they're not gonna tell you because taem96 loaded all those assets with stolen coin, they're gonna say something far less revealing and personal.

What I'm saying is that I'd bet my money on other people in your clan engaging in nefarious and scandalous activities like, god forbid, cheating.

I hope you get what you want though. It does suck to have lost stuff you paid for. But in the end, you are destined to lose. Haypi expressly owns your account, not you, and they can do with it as they see fit, when they see fit. This also means they can shut down their servers whenever they want and never tell you why, this you agreed to in a legally binding contract.

Consider your investments twice before committing. In the end, a gold coin is nothing but a recent electronic transaction that no "real" product is involved in. Probably not what you want to hear, I know, but it's the truth.

Fear not! It's my understanding that since apple is in charge of these types of sales, it is possible to convince them to refund you. We're I in your position, (which thankfully, I'm not) I would investigate that avenue of reimbursement.

From the actions of support in the past week what im seeing im pretty much "donating" my money to them and getting nothing in return.
I understand that haypi loses when someone coin loads... i however am not and never have been a coin loader. So why am i being punished for anothers crime? i pay the exact amount that haypi requests for them to provide me with coins in return. if they want to dispute the coins that they have taken from us a week ago then by all means we can hopfully come to a solution for this.. however the coins that were taken in the second draining of everything brought and paid for after the first is something that support has no reason nor right to take. it was all legally brought and paid for.
Support is pretty much telling me that i am paying to fix an issue that they have had with another player. someone that i never met. for an issue that i didnt even know about.
Th lack of response from support is horridious. I would like at minimum my coins back please support.

I understand where you're coming from. I've been in the same exact situation, but with a lot more money involved. It was like buying a $2400 TV from walmart, and them just sending me the box. Getting nothing. Just handing over my money to them. Like Taem said though, talk to Apple about it. I was able to get a full refund. Good luck.
