I am sorry if we don't live up to your expectations in time. But there is one thing I am very sure of : The whole team are doing whatever it takes for the players in need. Maybe we are not perfect, but we are really trying our best.

Lets take myself for example...
I work at subway. If a costumer comes in and yells at me for making his sandwhich wrong, i am not going to give him a discount and i am going to very sloppily remake his sub, and i certainly am not going to put any extra effort into making it, because he is being rude about it. Now, im not perfect and i mess up subs every now and again, but i try my best not to.
Now, when the costumer is polite to me about messing up his sub, i take 25% off his order, and i take the extra time to make his sub accurate and i am very courteous about it.
Both instances i have encountered many times at subway, and let me tell you something, nothing makes you want to help someone less, than when they are ungrateful, and rude to you, and especially the ones that threaten you, or embarrass you infront of the whole store.
The point is, just as tracy juat said, they arent perfect but they all are trying. I know when i was an arrogant little kid a few years ago, i thought support was crap(no offense tracy) but since i entered the working world, i realized thay somehow everyone with a job that deals with costumers, can relate to them. So once i realized that, i remembered back to when i was on the other side of the subway cpunter calling those screaming retards "a-holes", and how support probly feels the same way about all the people PUBLICLY complaining all over forums. Now support and tracy never say anything, but they do understand frustration amongst players and costumers when they mess up, thats why they ask you not to publicly complain, but instead they give you a direct email for complaints. If you use that direct link to complain, then im not talking about you, because thats what support asked, and that goes along perfectly with what a few of you stated about the right as a costumer to complain. However, support did not give you the right or ask you to express your complaint with hateful words on the public forums.

So to sum this long post up: we all can relate, so show some respect, and if you must exercise your right as a costumer to complain, then please use the email that they ask you to complain to, instead of clogging up the "helpful- forums" with "non-helpful-complaints".

Instead of complaining about what they didn't fix let's talk about what they did fix. Instead of nagging about what they didn't change let's share with each other what they did change. Remember those times when an awesome update comes out and you go jumping in joy? Nah, you choose to forget it and remember only what's bad.

it could take weeks for support to respond in email if they respond at all.then weeks till they actually say if they will actuqlly do anything.
ask anyone who is a older player alts are apart of the game spying,cropping,locking they are just another thing in the game out of the blue no warning there illegal and we can get in trouble for useing them? why did we get no letter of rule change?

1) spaming forums with your problems takes longer to get it fixed, and its more annoying.
2) you have the right complain, but in a respected manner and without name calling, especially since you did spend money on the game.
3) they sent a letter discussing rules had been changed, and matters regarding disputes between bans and mutes, were taken care of.
4) sometimes it is seen on forums before seen in email. Its not a common occurrance but it happens. I dont care if you express concern or are in need of help especially with fixing problems. Im sure support doesnt care either, hence the bug report section. The problem i have, and im sure support has also, is the use of bashing, vulgarity, and name calling, in order to prove a point or get attention.
5) once again, you can express your opiniom in a civilized way... Its amazing wjat you can do with languages.
6) anyone can complain about something. But the difference is, adults tend to be more mature about the situation than kids. When you express concern vulgarly, you give the appearance that you are a little kid.

I figured i would chime in here.
Im new but have noticed a few things in my short time with the game(about a month or so)
1. Support doesnt seem to care, a few people in my alliance have lettered support and never get answeres even weeks later. I made a post in the bugs section which is yet to get a reply from support but its only been a few days so im not super worried about it. But from the chats ive had with people support is pretty much useless.
2. There is no hard line when it comes to rules. I see thats its not allowed to have alts but they are traded in WC on a hourly if not more often basis and this is allowed to continue as i see the same person doing it over and over so they are obviously not banning anyone over it. Harsh language is not allowed apparantly but some people seem to be able to bypass the filer and swear anyways, as well as lots of racist comments that go unmoderated, nothing gets done about it. Apparantly cropping is not allowed but i still see it happening. All of this can be VERY frustrating to new users(like me) which are trying to figure out whats allowed and whats not.
3. Server 92 is apparantly "Server Maintain" exact words there from error message when i log in, whatever that means, id like it to maintain and log into maintain my army but apparantly i cant. I assume its down for mainenance but they could have at lease sent out a letter, i was logged in 10 min before it went down and had no letter saying it was going down or for how long.
All in all i can totally understand why there are people that are upset with support. I agree with above posters that any complaints should be expressed in a polite and freindly manner regardless of whats happening but also think that haypi really needs to work on their communication since there seems to be almost none, i mean not even warning people about server mainenance is pretty bad.
