level 3 is 1 city 1 fort 2 oasis

serious i thought lvl 3 was 2 cities... ive never gone any higher than 0 :s.. well i guess its my duty to beat him on my way to 3m

Er....fort is same as sub number. You don't get a fort until level 4.

ok but a fort doesnt make much difference apart from money input and at a maximum of 200 an hour for a minimum of -80kcrop consumption just to keep 13000 cats which is roughly what you would need for a level 10 it doesnt make a whole lot of difference
