What's Up With the Non-Existent Attack Warnings?

I'm on an apple device so Srry if some of this dosent apply. But when I ge hiddens the red dosent come up when it hits. The in game pop up comes up while I'm online and it's not hidden tho....

sorry this is just what support suggests when there has been problems on android.
