Email id retrieving

Hii my friend having username naveeen from server 51. He forgot the password and wants to know which email he used while creating the game.. is this possible
If yes how.. I myself navi4u from server 52
Please Do reply :)

I believe that the user agreement states that you,not Haypi,are responsible for your email and password. He can try sending an email to support at kingdomsupport@haypi.com, but I wouldn't expect much. Sorry. His best bet is to just start trying all his email adresses.

Awww that's very bad! and he mailed to the support as well.. just waiting for the reply. one more thing the retrieve password is sent to the spam folder ??

yes emails from haypi could be sent to spam depending on your filter
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

good news is that my friend found which id he used to create the game by entering each id in retrieve password section.
but he cant find the mail :(

haypi is not responsble for you losing your email, password, or username. please re-read the haypi agreement, which you have agreed to.

please also note, that this issue is a matter that should be resolved between your friend, and haypi.
