Tips for leading alliances

Just started a new alliance on s37 called mislleania I'm having problems recruiting ppl can I have some tips on what new leaders shuld do when they can recruit any1? pm me tips plz

My best luck in recruiting was being active and friendly in WC, and posting one line ads every so often. And humor wins a lot of people over. If you see someone looking for an alliance, PM them rather than posting it in WC. It makes them feel like you really want them to join. If you are not high ranked, then recruiting will go slow.

Until your around top 10 or top 15 accept all levels. That way if you get low levels you can help them learn the game and they'll build loyalty to the alliance making a good foundation from the beginning. Also keep ads short and sweet with comedy. And like he said^^ pm them indivudally if someone says there looking instead of broadcasting to all wc. And when members do join maybe send them a welcome message and make them feel like they're wanted there.
