experts???

im new to this but i've been on a few servers and i have noticed the same thing with the Experts.
i have noticed that most new experts or even experts that have been moved to new servers and get expert given to them all become inactive but on the few servers i have been on ive never seen support actually choose a dedicated player who is always on chat and is always helping keeping chat clean and helping newbies but they're never given expert because its said bc they help others they are trying to hard so they don't deserve it? and this is what i don't get they're trying hard to help ppl and keep chat clean but they don't get expert even though they do everything and better than what the experts that are chosen do.
also on S25 there is a player who is always keeping chat clean and lively and always helps ppl but support don't think he deserves expert bc he does all this work while i saw a re-elected expert get expert but i saw this expert swear and be racist in Wc and he got his title back?
and basically im saying why does support choose ppl who are rarely on chat and swear and be racist expert while the dedicated players never get a shot of being an expert?

im sorry if its too long but its really confusing, i hope someone understands and can answer my question

also id like to say not all experts swear or are inactive its just the minority that are inactive and break the rules and its this minority that give the good experts a bad name

I totally agree! Some guys who really deserve don't get the expert status while some are lazy and doing nothing. I wanna know how that sticks together as well!

Expert is more of a title for experienced players, and those who have played the game for a while, and written beautiful reviews. Although someone may be very helpful, and may in your eyes deserve expert, that does not mean that they have met the requirements set by haypi.

just because someone you wanted to get expert doesn't, does not give you the right to bash, or patronize those who did get it.

I see who is and who isn't good enough to be an expert. but if the server nominates someone then there should be someone to check if he/she is really doing good.. there is no point of choosing an expert who nobody likes.
also I agree with MuTa on the inactivity. many experts become inactive after a while..

now experts are controversial topics in there selection, you may complain all you want but experts have to be trusted mainly which is why they pick certain people even if there chat rate is low, because of the privilages given to experts trust is the thing most needed and that has to be built up,

i see you have many nominations and this may just be a rant to bring yourself into the light and push you through to expert, i dont know but whatever reason your doing this the expert system has worked for well over a year, why change something that works

expert status isnt permanent, and haypi does frequently pop in and watch chat and evaluate experts. sometimes they will make it know, but most of the time when support arrives, no one knows.

i do agree with mutaz that most experts are just ppl who want expert but then will leave once they have it.

i've been playing S25 since the week it opened and i've always been on chat helping new & old players and i do keep chat friendly & clean but at the same time i've kept it fun. as i've been on this server so long i don't really care if im an expert or not, most of the ppl on S25 have alot of respect for me and if i give them a friendly warning they usually stop breaking the rules. and thats all i ever want is the respect off other ppl and having an expert title doesn't give u this respect u have to earn it.

the only thing i don't like is when ppl who are made experts end up rarely going on chat and rarely helping others (even tho they still play the game) but still earning their 10 free coins a day while ppl who help others on chat and keep chat clean do all this work while an expert takes all the credit. i think it is extremely unfair and shows alot of inequality.

btw i wud like to say i'm not bashing anyone, i'm just posting my opinion on this topic, and i do realise that the expert system has worked for a long time but like many systems over time a few flaws do turn up.
