Server 44, Admin mutes itself?

hi,

im a player from server 44... and admin muted about half the server, before it kinda muted itself???

I havent used any bad language so i needed to be muted... i pay money to play this game, and if youre gonna be muted for saying "damn" or "crap" from time to time (like 5-6 times in a week) on WC thats just lame... and lots of the people that were mentioned by admin didnt even get muted... and they use a language i get embarrassed to read! whats going on really? when admin tells itself that admin uses bad language... and mutes itself, there gotta be some mistake around here...

I logged on, wrote a msg to a member: "Scary: prodigy" and got muted for 5 hours??)

I AM NOT PAYING FOR THIS!!!!! this is ridicoulos!!!
Im not a kid and I use money to play... I am also voted for expert but I guess thats not gonna happen now.... lol

Since getting muted is done by an expert... and 44 have one/1 expert who is never there... I guess that one person suddenly logged on and had "fat fingers" and muted like either one the fingers hit on her/his iphone? included admin him/herself???


And btw... 44 needs a NEW/MORE expert(s) ASAP

there... just got to let out some steam... arent allowed to chat so have to use my fingers here instead.... lol

do you have ss or the time of when this happened? Support will need this when investigating..

first off, it clearly states in the rules that profane language is forbidden, and you will be muted after several warnings. and since you have admitted to using the profane language, it is clear you did deserve the mute. i dont see what the problem is, as you keep stressing he muted himself? sorry, but admin is the bot that appears, only to give the auto message when a player is muted. the bot cannot be muted, and an expert cannot mute itself, admin, nor another expert.

I was muted as well for saying "I think the bot is broken". I wont be spending any more money on this game until it is 100% resolved and proper experts are put in place. Extremely frustrated. I sent in screenshots so we'll see if anything comes of them

I have SS, and i know several others have sent them... i just have trouble with sendings pics from my iphone... can i upload pics from my iphone straight into the forum?

Many people were warned once and then muted and did not break any rules, myself included. Also, admin warned itself numerous times and then disappeared which is what the OP is referring to. As I said, I sent screenies in and hope this will be resolved promptly as we are paying customers

I have NEVER got a warning, and to be honest, i really dont know the last time i said the word crap... the word crap is NOT sencored, neither is the word "damn" but i know for sure NOONE has been bothered by my 5 -6 "innocint" words... and i definetly didnt say anything wrong when the bot/expert/admin started to mute ppl... when the bot/expert/admin started i said like lol or somtehing, but i dont know if i were already muted then.... u see..?? it doesnt make any sense... i can accept the muting if it is because I said the word crap like 7 hours ago... but I should have got an warning first, and when I get muted, there are alot more to mute...

you should have gotten a warning, and that is where the expert was wrong and you were right. those two words are considered profane, and try to refrain from using them. i can see your point of view, and its pretty clear that the expert was in the wrong. however, support needs to be notified to go any further.

they should have records of the chat shouldnt they?

well... i guess i still have to send them the ss to get anything done about it...
