Level 10 oasis?

Just wondering, is there such thing as a level 10 oasis?

I have heard rumours that you can make a level 9 oasis become a level 10 by keeping on swapping between 2 people over a period of time.

Also on my ipod's game center on achievements, i have seen there is a task called elite oasis invader which to complete it says you have to occupy two level 10 oasis at the same time so surely there must be a way of finding a level 10 oasis somehow?

You can't really make one, there are theories on how to make one, but they have never been proved to work, it is based on pure luck

heres the theory, that actually works a percentage of the time.

i have only seen 1 lvl 10 oasis very rare so cool to see

I've occupied 2 total ever since I've been playing but not together. So didn't get the acheivment :/.

One of the tips to making a level 10 oasis is surrender a group of level 7 oasis. Since oasis level 3x in 24 hlurs it has a chance of being a 10.
