What does scout mean?

I am new and do not know what scout means?

Scout is kinda like spying on other cities/oases/fortified points.

It gives you information about the enemy's troop count, resources, etc.

To scout, go to map -> choose a place -> press enter -> scout

Then check your letters and you will see a scout report for that location.

When scouting players, If your scout level is the same or lower than theirs you will not get a detailed scout report.

Lmao! These are all good answers, and very true, but.....

Scouting means spending countless, boring hours searching through the top 3500 cities on the map, trying to find some troops to kill!

Start with the top 500 players and add all the branches you find in your travels, eventually you'll have a wonderful scout list to work from, complete with your favorite targets, lazy generals, and those who send the best hatemail.
If your witty, you can find ways to get other players to do your scouting for you, even getting generals to snitch on their own alliance mates!

Tremendous answer!!!!!!! I scout for other people though lol. And i'm guilty of selling my own alliance members troops lol, but only if i hate them ... or they leave them out forever. lol
