That's a referral task, in theory you should be referring a friend who also have an iPod/iPhone to play Haypi, when they create a new account and changed their name they can put your account name down as Referer.

Once they reach 3rd Baron you would complete the task, however there will be a second refer task that shows up, once your friend reach third Viscount you will complete the second task, it will award you with 20 coins.

You can of course, try to ask one of the ha_xxxxx players to put your name down as Referer when they change their name for task 5, hence why so many people spam the world chat for ha players to refer them.

That is an official rule now? Well that is alot better, someone needs to enforce it on s15 from now because no one knows about that rule.
