whos fault

listen to this in chat haypi allows 23 lines in from 1 person in each chat meaning haypi has 23 chat lines we can use. well i had an expert tell me its spam even if it is a converstation, explination, ad, ect if it is more then 10 lines. i know spam which is useless,meaningless, posted rapidly,vulger, bashing,ect is abd but is really posting something over 10 lines spam? also i was not muted but i gave the said expert some well deserved words. also if haypi reads this is an it muteable then make it so you can say more than 10 lines... kidna self explainitory. Well its kinda of hard to read your post but it sounds like rule 8

8 Alliance advertisements are NOT to be posted within 5 minutes of each other - limited to both alliances and individual players. Ad and Spam length must be 10 lines at most.

wasint an alliance ad he just said no posts in general can be over 10 lines

No, the words that i typed were " no spam or alliance ad above 10 lines". Instead of trying to twist the words around, maybe try to look it up?
