Press the lock button (on the top) and the home button (on the front) together and this takes a screen shot!

To post in the forums:
Download photobucket, make an account, and upload the screenshot you want into into the app, then find the photo in the app and click on the "i" with a circle around it, copy the IMG code and post in your reply and its made into a picture
To post in an email do the exact same steps above ^^^ except instead of copying the IMG code copy the email code and put in your email
