This is to all u ppl that complain
I lost most of my troops to a fort due to haypi kingdom crash n I was not able to get back on to command so I sent letter too support explained everything n within 12 hours my troops were givin back to me

Your in the minority mate not many people openly thank support on forums and yeah a great idea . Thanks support and admins for giving us this great game and sealing with our troubles

I always get a reply within 20 minutes. They need to go in chat and see for themselves sometimes...
