How do you make money per hour??

You need to occupy Fortified Points on the map.

Use 10-20% catapults of the infantry at the FP, and you need to successfully attack it 3 times to occupy it. The loyalty drops by 40 each attack.
The $p/h is the Fort level * 20.
So level 1 gives you $20p/h, level 2 gives $40p/h, level 3 $60p/h,.. n so on and so forth..

That pretty much covers it

Forts aren't a good source of income when you consider the cost of buying crop daily for your troops as your army grows.

Hunting can net you around 10k money a day if you're using decent speed, overload, fortune etc
Aside from that, leaving the forts unoccupied and farming them for resources to sell on the market is a good way to make it although it can be tedious.
Doing this, you're really only limited to your civilians usage and if you've chosen a decent map area, travel time shouldn't be a big issue either.

Like adina said, attacking forts and selling resource is best way of money, but i prefer to occupy my titles limit of forts (1 for baron, 2 for visc etc) that are far away and of high level, that way if i leave haypi for a bit i come back to a nice little sum of money but these forts i have are usually 20+ min away by inf..
