Could someone help?

OK, I have a few friends with ipod touches, and I asked them to make a Haypi account. But everytime, there was no option to make an account and when they went to start game at the top is said ha_ followed by lots of random digits.

An example is ha_023523524

These people have never played Haypi before and don't have second hand Ipod's/Iphones. What is going on?

It's a glitch that haypi support is trying hard to fix
u can email support n ask them for help or u can make the acount n ask support to change it in game

But my friends can not make accounts from their devices as you can only make 1 per device, and they do not know the password for that account, or the e-mail address it is linked to. It is pointless working and building up an account you don't know the details for or whatever.

Ok jus found this out for those who have ha57847755 names tell them to do tasks 1-4 n task 5 is a change name task

A but my friend can't refer me or make her pass so she can not log back in!

They can refer you actually, or so I've been told by other ha accounts. I believe task 5 may also have a referral option.

Ya but it did not give her a password, so when she tries to go on all she gets is that message saying there is a account on this device

I understand that, but most of my friends would get bored of this game quickly, and let's be honest lol most people would end up getting that account to a 3rd Viscount level themselves, so it is pretty useless without the password. Any advice Vayne?
