Has any1 else bought some coins on pvp and also being charged for the same amount on your home server for that acc
and has any1 not bought coins had money on their iTunes acc then received an email concerning purchase of coin but then the email disapears
any1 whoes had this happen to them and contacted support about it plzz if u want to post ur results up hear

Best solution would be to contact support via the in game help message system (located in help section) and also send email to kingdomsupport@haypi.com with your username server and concern. I alway say more is best, give them like 3-5 days to work on problem

K thanks in game support denied all of it and only has 2 purchase histories and they r the pvp 120coins which I purchased and s5 120coins which I didn't purchase + there is also 6dollars worth of coins I didn't purchase not on the history

Take screen shots of online bank statement or something with a letterhead that shows physical evidence of you being overcharged

It was ages ago and mail box filled up and my iPod stuffed up so I lost all the shots I've being tryna sort this out since 3days into pvp and u suggesting things is basically the furthest I've gotten

don't spend any coins. they will charge you for the ones you spend. if you got on and saw that you purchased the coins, someone might have hacked your account.

no, he would remember multiple purchases like that.
