HOW do you Abandon a city?

Apologies if I've missed a guide somewhere!

In a rush to grow strong I made a new city that I now do not want. Is there a way I can abandon it, demolish it or just simply get rid of it as I need the city slot to take another city.

2 ppl have to take it from you. you cannot abandon. 1 person takes the loyalty down to 50. The other takes the city.

There should be an 'abandon city' button password protected designed into the game. MODS get on it now please. I need it by tomorrow. Cheers!

there is one way to take a city by 1 person....
for 99% chance, move your city next to the city you wish to take.
send 1 attack, then the next, not consecutive to build the 10min gap. so it would take something like 30 seconds with one cavalary.
DO THIS BEFORE THE HAYPI CLOCK HITS 00:00
so send the attacks at 23:55, once it hits 00:00 you can send another 5 attacks thus reducing the loyalty to 0

That doesn't work...

advertise in WC that you have a city to give away for free. Assuming it has some upgrades, I would think someone will be interested in taking it.
