The next three lvl 7+s to join will obtain the rank of vice, and 10k of all resources at 0.01 each, and if you are a lvl 4+, you will get 5k all resources at 0.01 each! Join today if you are in sever 10!!!!!

Word of advice, offering vice to the first ones to join your alliance, makes you seem desperate, which makes less people (less GOOD people anyway) want to join you. The best way to make your alliance more appealing to the better players, is exclusivity and activity. Just my .02
