Wanting to restart

I am new to both the game and these forums here and thought this would be a good place to get a question answered..

Seeing how is now that I understand the game mechanics and know how to generate my resources and know the hunting gig.. I was trying to make a second account so that I could start over? Knowing what I know now I wanted to basicly become a better player.. But I got the statement from the game that only 1 account per iPod? When I know there are several people on my server who claim to have more then 1 account..

So.. Can I have an admin basicly wipe my account from my server so I can recreate a new account?

Re: Wanting to restart

few ways...you can get a friend with an ipod/iphone, go to the apple store, or ask someone to make you one on a new device.

The 1 account per device rule is to prevent abuse of the referring system.
If you think you made "big" mistakes but are just starting out, don't worry they wont do much in the long run

Re: Wanting to restart

Weird, someone just posted another topic very similair to this one. If you are extremely worried about it, haypi support, might be able to delete your account from their system, allowing you to create a new one.

Re: Wanting to restart

I checked with CS support, they won't restart an account.

I'm going to take the words of the older players on here that it doesn't make too much difference in the long and play a little more.

It's frustrating that I can't really play for a couple of weeks because i got all my troops slaughtered and effectively lost my stash of resources, (via task completions) building troops and not improving structures and resource production. So now have a very slow rate of growth to start with.

Re: Wanting to restart

I've been playing as long as a lot of those players. I just haven't been posting long. You should definantly keep going, just think about your decisions a little more next time.

Re: Wanting to restart

Just stick with it. The only things in this game that are worth restarting over is the enemies you make. Theres hardcore players in this game that will just eat your account alive for weeks or months. Also Expert status. If you did something that made your profile look bad and you want to become a expert this would be a situation to restart.

Everything else can be easily fixed with time. Resource and city wise don't worry about it. You can easily have lvl 20 buildings and lvl 10 tech. You will find out you will hit points were all you do is train troops and buy treasures because everything else is finished.

Attributes and skill points can be resetted, don't worry if you mess up anyways. Most players reset in the future because as the game goes on the best tactics change.

You can move your city/ies for a price of coins. If you have a bad spot for your play style you can always find a spot that fits you. Just remember most servers are still growing in population so a ideal spot can be a bad spot in the future.

Coins can be won through events or daily surprises. Also other situations I will not say because they shouldn't be done just to win coins. So you don't have to worry about buying coins vs reseting.

Heres a old question I answered that I think you could benefit from. As you see theres many setups in the game, none wrong but some more ideal then others. I hope this will help you build your stats in the future
~~~~~~~
1.) Lay of land always changes with players joining the game.
2.) When your higher level say fortune doesn't pay off enough for that overall attack skill boost. When you talk about armies in the size of thousands a 1+ skill point. Can mean ALOT of extra attack points.
3.) Hidden attacks can become useless if your army is so big that it doesn't matter if they see it and prepare, you will still win.
4.) Healing is virtually useless at the beginning but when it heals 50% of your army after a battle thats 50% more troops you don't have to train.
5.)Convince I think is not good at all. When it comes to veterans fighting and traps, you will find out real quick all you gain is a bunch of sacrifice foot soldiers. No one will EVER take catapults over a trap.
6.) Speed is always crucial though, when your in a race with all the other players in the game to be the best, that extra 30 minutes to hour spent marching can put you behind.
7.) Break Cranny, it is but also is not worth it. You can basically heal the amount of units vs. rebuilding them with the stolen resources. I find it easy to loot plenty of resources with break cranny skill on zero.
8.) Defense I never found important. Like they say, the best defense is a good offense. If you build right, you shouldn't have to have many situations in which your units would need defense. I like to just wipe my enemy out before they have the chance to test my units defense. So I pump everything into attack.
~~~CHECK!!! Make sure you save up and purchase top level skill boosting gear. lvl 15 sword with +30 attack and Manual with +15 attack can easily put you at a advantage with your enemy.

Re: Wanting to restart

Okay. We are all just repeating and talking over each other now. Perhaps, and Im just trying to figure out when this is appropriate, this topic should be locked. There are others like this one as well.
