Send them to support. The way to do this is to go to help next to rank, press support, and then type your message.

On the forums, there is also a way to report expert abuse. GO to the Expert/Moderator section and scroll to the bottom. There you can report experts and moderators. Your messages will only be seen by an admin.

Now does this rule emphasize the personal part?
If someone is breaking a rule in WC constantly, is this rule suggesting that other players report him/her to admin before telling him to stop then and there?
Or is it stating that if we personally don't like a person, on a personal level, we should report them?

if someone reports a person support will usally take a look at the records and if nothing is found wrong with the person then nothing will be done
