Scouting

Hey,

I don't really want to put too much gold into scout tech but what sort of level would be fine to get quite accurate results on medium (level 5 ish) forts please?

Thanks in advance

Re: Scouting

scout tech only applies to other players. you can find fort information at level 1. for oasis, you don't get info no matter what your level is.

Re: Scouting

In the end, you will really want to be putting gold into scout tech.

Re: Scouting

The higher your scout tech, the less likely people will attack you. If you have higher scout and they don't know if you're on or not, they most likely won't attack. Who knows you could have level 10 turrets waiting for them.

Re: Scouting

On topic question here.

will the defensive benefit be negated if they send a few inf ahead of their army to see what I got?

And will it better to just send a few inf to scout your enemy instead of needing high lvl scout tech?

Re: Scouting

No. They can just hide troops if they are aware of it. Just as you can. So sending troops ahead doesn't really work well.

Re: Scouting

Scouting is valuable at a high rank. It means no one can scout you.
You will want to get every tech level 10 except for wood, iron, stone, and traps. You could get the resources upgraded if you really wanted to but I don
t recommend it.
