I play haypi kingdom on iPad, and I have encountered a problem. When I do actions like selling resources, a strange white stripe appears and the game stops so I need to restart the game. I can't change an alliance and leveling up is hard because of this. Please help!

1. OS version
2. jailbroken or not
3. game version no.
4. ipad language settings
5. does the application stop responding each time this white stripe appears or just randomly freezes.
6. if possible, please upload a screenshot, it can help us identify the issue.

Version 7.0.6, think not jailbroke, game version 3.06, language Russian, stops responding instantly when the stripe appears. Sorry, can't upload a screenshot... What should I do???

Version 3.06 is outdated. The newest version for Haypi Kingdom is 3.20. Please upload to the newest version and try again.
