Needs done ASAP

Yoyo is the worst possible support you can ask for, i and several people in s93 never recieve replies from her. My most recent letter was 2 weeks ago i send letters every few days and still nothin.. only people who get replies from her seem to be in thekings and china ally, please remove this worthless support

I couldn't agree more. have yet to have been replied to by YoYo. I even have a screen shot of her telling a former expert she doesn't feel the need to reply to players she deems as "not good players". it's time for unbiased help.

Hasn't responded to my letters of acquisition in weeks. It definitely seems like others get responses, virtually, immediately.

Agreed Xo. She was given info pertaining. To members he favors for doing something someone else was deducted PP for, and she blatantly ignores it and won't do her job. Can we plz get someone unbiased that is willing to do the job fairly?

Strongly agree, it not only seems that yoyo ignores my letters more then half the time, but has to time to respond to everyone else. Ive sent letters and yoyo doesnt care what i say, im tired of a support person whom only has time for vertain people and its time for a new one. Remove this useless support person and give us someone who doesnt choose sides. I have to go throught the whole general settings/yada yada yada to have a letter sent to someone who actually responds and even then it seems are support person yoyo coverd for others, please have yoyo replaced so this game can actuslly be enjoyd.

Where do I start......Yoyo has to gogo! Never replies to mail. I actually think she hopes we forget. I am still waiting on reply about my troops I lost a couple weeks ago due to the same glitch jewz had. Jewz got his the next day. I'm waiting still! Favoritism? She is unfair to all unless you are china or jewz. Hell, I think she is a china player. My acct was hacked, I wrote, she says nothing is wrong. Bs. Do I need slanted eyes to get her attention?? She's a lousy support person, major fail. Haypi I thought you cared about us players who spend our money on your game. We need better support on s93. Give yoyo the boot.
