Lol.....

Haypi Kingdom, what a joke.

SUPPORT WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO WAKE UP?!?!?!?

Maybe you should start listening to your players, lets see.

Coins- websites are offering hacked coins, cheap. I remember somebody offering me 1500 coins for $15 from this website, and then theres about 1/4 of all haypi players who are actually buying coins legitly. i didnt do it, but my alliance mates did and it bloody worked. Are you going to do anything about this? Heres your answer. -no.

Top players- i have been playing haypi since it came out. People may know me from S5 if all of you havnt quit by now, day by day i see accounts getting hacked, top players quitting. Remember the good old days? You knew when ur oasis was going to level down, you purchased coins legitly, all those good players at the start, who were here before all this alliance mine stuff, your game Haypi Kingdom is dying. But no? No solutions or anything of the sort are being made.

I look over the forums, all i see is complaints, hacked players, saying how rhe game should be, with only the suck ups declining, whats going on? Are you going to do something support? Of course not.

Experts... Dont give a damn anymore, chat rules? Pfft what are they? No one follows them anyway! Experts get abused and threatened, and u wonder why they abuse their power?!?! Lol.

Hackers... They are all out there! Soon haypi will be all hackers, then will support listen? Pfft probably not. They hack accounts, end players haypi experience cut short, they dont need to pay you to get coins. And then they get caught, what happens? Nothing .. No punishment, is that support dont care about hackers ruining Haypi Kingdom? It sure seems like it.

Why doesnt support listen??
Why??? This game was better the old way, im sure many agree probably more than half of haypi agrees.

Re: Lol.....

I agree with most of what you said, although your tone won't accomplish much (waits for Rico to lock it as bashing) but i share your frustration.

Re. Hacked coins are being dealt with, I know at least one player who has been banned for this. But in haypi fashion it's a very slow process.

Re. Experts completely agree they need to have title removed if inactive.

Re: Top players, I honestly think s117 is operating at a loss now, theres nothing to warp on unless your mad. What's left are just building there pres while'st waiting for HK to do something.

Re. Hackers have you seen who leads game center total prestige ranks? lol need we say more.

Re. Mines they can be fun but they need serious expansion in terms of tactics etc.

Re. Oasis agreed it's silly.

Re. Forums yeah the support replies feel like there taken from a generic response bot, Haypi have always been the ostrich of the App world thou. But when you compare the way haypi are to their fellow app developers there customer service is medieval. Take pocketgems for example there's a guy with a real name :o who works the forums explaining what problems they are having and why they have taken this route etc you get to know him and as you build a rapport with him and you find yourself more inclined to forgive them their faults. Haypi in the begining had this with Tracey I believe, but now it's support1 etc and you just feel like your being treated like sheep which automatically causes ire.
