Server Crashes

Why are there server crashes DAILY that hackers are causing? Why does haypi let this continue? We can blame this on new servers, more activity- but 600 was shut down for a while today, and if anyone lost there troops they are supposedly not going to be replaced. Its very annoying to have to go through this, and the problem get worse and worse. I've NEVER seen this happen on any other game. There are glitchers and hackers, sure. But they don't bring down the server. If you guys can't fix this, the least you could do is replace armies lost.
