since my server support seems to never respond to my letters, would some one mind pming me on this forum regarding a ban of one of my accounts. Thank you.

It's not banned on forums which is cool lol. I apologize for my past actions of whatever I did and plan to not continue them. I am too active on haypi to be banned, dedicated so much to the community.

so... anyone gonna unban this account?
apparently i can still chat of forums but banned on s123. Someone please take action and get something done.
Everyone knows the regular plea, bought over 7k coins, level 20, and a leader of top alliance. So if you really want me gone, so be it.

I am leahdizon from s123. Apparently I am frustrated with the support professionalism handled matthias42 case. I seriously need another support rather than Lori to handle this issue. Most of us think that this is very unfair to matthias42. As the person who actually cheated haypi is a player whose name was cowxxx(whom I forgot the name).

Dear supports, we have the rights as part of his gaming friends, would like to stand out and support matthias42 and would like this case to be reopened due to the unprofessional skills that support123 had.

Matthias42 is a very serious haypi gamers who you hardly see compare to others. He spent enormous real cash to buy the haypi coins which shows he is truely loyal to this game. In addition, he has lots of friends made in this game the good ones and of course the bad ones. Supports receive and assess the negative feedback from players. Have you all (supports) actually access the positive feedback? I doubt so.

Please check his history and his background and please unban him because he did not deserve this heavy punishment. Banning his account will truely destroy not only his faith towards this game but We as a serious gamers will however have no faith towards this game soon.

We would like the current or the better supports will be able to reaccess this matthias42 account ASAP. A prompt reply will be much appreciated!

Finding it very funny that the glitches/cheater is trying his best to get his account unbanned.Mathias42 had subs that android can't see,did treasure glitches and coin hacks.We do not want cheater playing among us.He even managed to break into couple of accounts and disbanded alliances.Great job done by support to ban that account .If you take a poll on s123 server they will thank you for doing it.He still got hundreds of alts and hopefully they will be banned in future too.Thank you again for the prompt action and fair players like us need an open field competition.

What we are not hearing is the "why" you were banned. As is always the case, we probably won't either unless a support person replies to this thread.

The fact is, it matters not how many coins you buy, or how many friends wil quit if you can't play. What matters is cheating and/or other rule breaking. Mat knows what the deal is, and even if he did nothing wrong, he surely knows why he was banned, and this is what he's not telling us.

Now I've been banned before and I know many others who have, and the simple fact is that haypi doesn't ban people out of the clear blue. They contact you first and offer you the chance to account for your actions. This type of discussion is for those private channels only, and not for public discussion. If you air your laundry in public, you won't be able to hide your poop stains.

It is an new era with everyone looking forward to have a better life. As human we do believe we all cheated at something and we learned from making mistakes. I guess is time for everyone of us to look forward. I know Mattias42 know nothing in glitching coins however a player whose name is cowxxx glitched but not matthias42. Support to double confirm this. And cow has been banned because of the glitching. Why does matthias42 is to be banned when the other player glitched? Support to provide an adequate answer to this.

Dear respectful supports, I believe matthias42 learned the lesson and he is willing to accept the fact that he did wrong and not supposed to allow anyone like that came into our alliance and tried these. We are all hoping him to come back and lead us.  Also I understand spending lots of cash doesn't mean anything to other players, I do know a fact is whether he learned the lesson and he did.

Supports, you are absolutely right to ban the player whose name is cowxxx who glitched. He should be banned. He is the man you should ban not matthias42. Banning matthias42 account is way too overrated for being a victim Of the game. Stopping him from playing haypi for nearly a week is more than enough as a punishment.

Once again , please unban matthias42 as he is very active and loyal to the game and very beneficial to the community. With these benefits, it will turn into influences which in return, it benefits the haypi game. I however will send this message to support123 as well.

Supports please look forward as we all do. Together we serve the community and together we make the games better. Release matthias42 please!
