Marching tech & Shooting tech?

Please explain Marching & shooting tech and which is more important for cav/ arc army? thank you

Marching tech increases the speed at which you travel the map as well as the battlefield and also is used for determining which units move/attack first in battle. Shooting increases the attack range of all units.
Both of these techs are fairly important for a cav/arch army, you should be prepared to upgrade them both to max level.

Whats the kill count for each cav and archer? example : cats kill nearly about double its count..

10 arch kills 1 cav..... umm 1 cat kills 5-8 archers.... 10 cats kill 5 cav....... 5 arch kills 1 cat

11.25 archers can kill 1 cav.
9.16 archers can kill 1 cat.
2.5 archers can kill 1 archer.

1.28 cav can kill 1 inf.
.85 of a cav can kill 1 archer.
3.14 cav can kill 1 cat.
3.85 cav can kill 1 cav.

How to counter Inf / Cat army with Cav / Arc?
Both have same speed and techs.
Please layout ur expert tactics n battlefield moves and which unit attacks which attack.
