Lost prestige and rank

Has anyone ever lost their rank and prestige? And if so why.

I've never heard of it. Are you sure that you actually completed the the "upgrade general" task?

If lose enough units it can happen.

Also if support removes prestige from you it might be because you may have gotten prestige through cheating.

Idk the reason you lost but those are the two reasons I know of anyway
