Keep trying to contact support or itunes to be helped with that

im assuming you are on android, because you mentioned pay pal. please be patient, as i have heard people say that it refreshed when they logged back in, or that it took a few minutes before it showed up. keep trying to contact support, and make sure you are emailing to Kingdomsupport@haypi.com (not gmail). also, try the in game help section, and at the bottom, where it says to send other questions or suggestions to haypi, click it, and send a letter to your local support.

I hear u guys, but it has been weeks since i made the purchase. Yes, in on an android. Haypi's final word wasTALK TO PAYPAL. Its as if they have no responsibility even though in was all in the name of Haypi kingdom. Sucks. On top of it all, my gamr ex..p .erience suffers, making the game far less interesting. Probably stop playing soon. Whats the point? Gonnaa get my ass kicked. As, of this writing, been over 10 days. Still nothing. I say again. HAYPI KINGDOM STOLE MY MONEY.

they are right. check with pay pal. when you first started playing, and when you bought coins, you should have been aware that clicking, yes i wanna buy, voids haypi of any responsibilities, if the money never makes it to them. if the money made it to them, then they are responsible for it. the fact that they told you to talk to pay pal, tells me that they didnt get their money. so it was likely on the pay pal end of the transaction. double check with pay pal, and see if you can comp. any receipts.
