Support Issues
To start off, this post is for those who have had issues with support on multiple occasions. I have personally talked to so many people on several servers that have had issues with support, and the list is growing each day. I want for support, in general, to see what issues we have had that werent fixed. The following are some issues that I ave reported many times to support.
About four weeks ago i sent a message to support4 and in-game support including my device (I'm on an android OS phone). The message included the following glitches/bugs.
Scouting a mine without being a Leader/Vice. You're not supposed to be able to do this without being a leader/vice. The glitch still hasnt been fixed to this day.
Unable to see Honor Medals on Android. This has been fixed since release of v3.0.1.
About 6 days ago I lost 1/3 of my army (which i have already rebuilt). For security purposes I will only let others know it was well over "100 hundred" cats and cavs. I lost this many troops because of the "session timeout" bug. I sent a letter to support9 and in-game support on the 14th of August at about 5:00 or 6:00 game time> What happened was that the session timeout message came up on my screen. When i went to close it Haypi crashed and force closed. I was unable to log back in for a good 15 minutes and when i was finally able to log back in the lag was just ridiculous. I had a heck of a time trying to switch cities. I waited 24 hours for a response on forums and from in-game support. When I recieved no response i sent another letter to support9. Angela responded saying "Your previous letter might not be delivered to me. I didn't receive your letter.", and asking me to elaborate after i had given her all of the information i could. She asked me to check my internet connection as well as stating that the session timeout bug has improved since v3.1.1. I assured her that i always check for updates to make sure that i am running the most receent version. (i was using v3.1.1 at the time the bug happened)
I also messaged in-game support a second time and still have yet to hear from Yolanda. The last message i recieved from support 9 was,
"Hi,
I've forwarded your problem to Yolanda and she'll contact you with the follow-up.
Sincerely,
Support9
Haypi Kingdom Team"
and this was three days ago. I've heard nothing from yolanda or support9 since then.
These are just a few of the issues that i have brought to support over time. As for the rest, i cant remember them very clearly.
If you have had a similar issue with support, whether it is in-game or on the forums, please reply to this post with the following.
1) State your server and the name of the support you ave contacted.
2) What the date was that the message was sent.
3) Give us a brief idea of the situation or problem you reported.
4) Has the problem been fixed?
5) What do you think support can do to fix the problem?
