About server breakdown

From GMT 7:30PM to GMT 12:00PM August 4th, all the servers of Haypikingdom stopped working due to the blackout on our server supplier's end. We are extremely sorry about all the inconvenience this may have caused. If you have encountered any problem during the server breakdown, please contact your in game support, and we will do our best to sort it out for you in a timely manner.

? can't you just see what everyone lost and just return it instead of having your mailboxes overflowed with a bunch of hate mail, problems, and annoyances.

they have all the data in their server about what we lost.

I cant even forward or screenshot within same app and send them.

is it that hard for them to cover all "Lost troops" without waiting for Customer to ask?

Talk about Pro-Active Customer Service when they are not even reacting right.
