can multiple devices have multiple accounts on one server that those devices didn't start the accounts with? Like let say someone quit and gave account to other player. Can they play with those account? It's usaully an alt.

Yes, one player can have more than one account on one server as long as they dont feed eachother using their accounts.

And selling trading buying and gifting accounts is against the rules, so no that is not a good way of getting another account

Im not sure what support will do, but if u have ss's showing him saying thats how he got the account u cud report him

In the terms and agreement (yes I read them) or rules it says trading or giving away of accounts is illegal

Would support really do anything? cos another post said support does not delete accounts if some one quits so why would support delete an account if some one gives it away?

res gifting doesnt happen so not a problem since any sale goes through the market which agreeing parties usually sets price for. and market takes 10% anyways.

The problem with trading your account means that it invalidates the ToS meaning support won't do anything about glitches or problems on your account as you broke the ToS

I've seen support ban based on IP addresses before. Having multipul accounts on one server for spies, as well as feeding/trading, is a very good way to get fair players rather miffed at you. I wouldn't recommend pursuing this too much, the negatives outweigh the positives in my opinion.
