A letter to Server 59 players
Dear Server 59 players,
Since the hard disk of server 59 is broken, we have recovered most data after hours but we feel regret to tell you it is quite hard to recover some of the city data. This is sad news for us all. Hereby we sincerely apologize for all the losses have been caused. We fully understand players have been working very hard to get where they are and how they must be feeling when this happens to them.
We hope this letter can stop server 59 players from worrying. We should and will be responsible for the inconvenience that has caused and we will elaborate how we are going to compensate server 59 players in system letter soon.
Again we are very sorry and hope we can make things right for server 59 players and they can carry on their Haypi journey. We firmly believe we can survive this challenge by working together with our players.
