Do upgrading Technology earn press?

How many press do i gain per each level upgrade??

No upgrading techs doesn't give prestige but can help in many ways one way it helps is like if you have lvl 15 crop in your main and all 4 is 15 your getting 5020 output an hr and if u have lvl 6 crop tech thats 60% more output so u'll be getting 8000+ crop output an hr

technology doesnt directly give you prestige but with better technology you may find it easier to earn more prestige.

well, kinda. see, maxing range and speed techs, can help you to kill troops more efficiently. that could gain you more prestige.
and upgrading to max scout, could save you alot of prestige in the long run, also.
