Newest update

Why does the newest update suck! It's constantly saying connection error or that I need to sync data with server or it won't let me into my account or I can't upgrade or wc the list goes on. I just bought 10 bucks worth of coins too because im in a prestige battle and I CAN'T use them >:(

Im sure that all problems will be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. Dont worry about the sync pop-up btw. Everyone gets it an it has no real effect.

Like any change that happens, theirs always some flaws in it. Haypi is doing their best to read bugs and problems with the update and game and fix them as fast as possible. Give it some time and it'll be back to normal

well said beast. try being understanding and see it from haypi's direction.

people were demanding updates, haypi brought them one and everyones not happy. this is what appens when we rush people

Sync data with server usually happens when you sleep your ipod while it's still on Haypi Kingdom, when you turn it on your iPod shows what you had when you slept it, but the server has something different. That's why it says 'sync data with server', which basically means 'change the data on the ipod so it matches the server'. It's no real problem.

try deleting haypi and reinstalling it

Yep it's gone down the drain. Multiple players I know - mostly level 15+ money spenders have now quit the game.

Issues I've seen include :

Login issues. Player goes to battle or fort hit suddenly is booted out and can't login. Loses most troops. Complains and is told login errors and problems are normal, even though this has never happened to them before and is happening to many people now Haypi support pass it off as 'normal'

Oasis troop loss issues. A player sends troops to oasis, immediately calls back, but troops are gone. Not in another city, not a war report. I'm talking experienced players. One I know has lost 10k cavs this way. Oddly enough as that happened a player getting oasis in same area called back cats.. But got back Cavs.

Travel times.. Suddenly players with max speed finding it takes 20 mins to travel one or two squares.

Those are bugs I've seen..

In my opinion enhanced equip gives an unfair advantage to the big money spenders. It has nothing to do with playing ability or experience and purely the amount of money a player is willing to shell out. To top it off, we can see a players lack of enhancement which again gives a massive advantage to money spenders and takes the effectivity of level 10 scout down alot . Again I've seen a number of players quit in frustration due to months of tedious build up of strength just to be out tech'd within minutes by credit card holders.

Overall this game has gotten buggier and game play has worsened. 1000s are complaining and yet Haypi seem to react with Locking , deleting, muting and banning. Even mention another game in WC and coin earning experts will mute.

Alot of players have invested time and 100s of dollars into this game, far more than you can purchase a game for which you then own out right, and support react negatively, brush off our troop losses as being player error, and act against public opinion and popular complaints.

please do not bash haypi or their staff. they work hard to keep this game running and improving. some posts like this one have already been locked. please do not post other threads like this, or it could result in warnings.
