Coin Purchase Goes To 2 Accounts

I purchase 270 coins today for my special_ed account. I am a lvl 10 and just created a new account on another server. When I logged into the new account, it also had 270 coins given to it. Is this correct? I don't want to be double charged for the coins. Thank you for the help!

This happened to me as well before. The more info you can provide to support the easier it'll be for them to assist you. They do a great job. Be sure to get your order # and receipt as well as those may prove useful.
