The coming Merge

It would seem to me the merge is going to create some what of a good play into bad play. This is and may of course be out of necessity. You know how they always say the strong will survive? Know that I'm strong and I'm going to survive. It's not normal practice to crop other players but in the merge if there are that many active players those crop oasis spots are going to be taken away from each other. It's not about starving out your troops but more about I don't want mine starving. I'm going to say sorry to those whom I will crop in the future but know once it slows back down I will not take your crops as much.

Re: The coming Merge

Throughout the s1-s4 merge i was considering to do that as well which normally is not a strategy of mine, but the spot of the map i located at had plenty of crop oasises for me to use. None got stolen but no one around me starved either from what i could tell. I guess it would depend on where they place you on the map but im sure peoplenwould understand if you take their crop oasises in the beginning cause it may be rough depending on location.

Re: The coming Merge

I'm going to definitly try and avoid it. With the coins we get I'm going to try and find a place not so crowded so I do not have to resort to that kind of play. I don't like that even in war but hey you have to make it hurt sometimes and that's thecway to do it I guess.

Re: The coming Merge

it will be hard not to crop people but takling oasis's of people is all part of the game, if you dont want to get cropped, dont have a large army. this is easily a winning army as other people will starve, reveal there troops and you can move in for the kill. so maintaining a large army is not the only way to be successful, this will be my tactic during the merge
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?
