Where to post suggestions?

I have a couple of ideas to make the game better, where do I post them so the team can see them?

go to board index then haypi kingdom then suggestions, then make a new post

no offense, but topic has been answered, and the person who asked th original question has replied back in thanks, and this post has not been replied to in over a week.
are all the mods inactive?
im just curious why there are so many posts filling up the forum, that have been answered.
