how do i get to change from 2 civillan to 1 civillan

have 630 prestige and then get rewards for the upgrade general task.

get prestige by building(or fastest is making troops ) and then once its 630, then collectrewards in task menu

click on the "upgrade general title" task. make sure all requiorments are met (task color words will be green), and get the rewards at the bottom left location of the screen.
