Please Help, Unable to buy Coins

Hi all please help me im stucked at level 6 as dont have the Gem and Nugget to level up, so I intended to buy coins to get them however when i entered that page via Haypi Kingdom game interface under "Buy Coin". An error message kept pooping up telling me that I need "Sandbox environment". How can I get that at?

I bought coins but they haven't downloaded yet. I have reset my device an nothing. My I tunes account password pops up all the time like it's trying to buy it... Help!!!
