what is the best count for them? what is the archers to cat ratio

The best combo for attacking would either be a cav/cats or a cav/archer combo, archer/cats combo just don't compliment each other very well and it's quite inefficient.

Right, if you want to wipe out cats with archers, you need at least 10 archers for every 1 cat to wipe them out cleanly, and make sure you have high attack too.

I wouldn't recommend using archers against cats, they suffer a damage penalty and are very weak against catapult's retaliation attacks. The amount of archers you need to keep just to counter cats is just huge, even then they are very weak against a cavs army.

i mean if i have 30k cat how many archer should i have in my army .

That's completely up to you O.o, you can have 0 like alot of people do, or have 5k, 10k, 20k if you can feed them; or 1 if you want a blocker when you need.

What exactly are you trying to achieve with archers? Are you using them as support? block incoming cavs or to counter enemy cats? Know what you're looking to achieve and make units according to a battle plan.

i want my archers for support for my cats

not a good combo. to complement ur cats, u should use a high def unit like inf or cav. both arch and cats have low def. i would rather u go all 4 unit at once for blocking purpose for ur cats.
