HELP

as of yesterday i cant log into my account
ive used the retrieve password option and it keeps sending me the same p-word that i CANT log in with
i havent changed my p-word at all so dont see how this happened. anyway my trooops have no doubt starved and started canabilising each other at this stage so not impressed really
any suggestions!?!
