didnt understand what support told me...

okay so on S22, I was being attacked by someone. It was a 4 hour attack, not a big deal because it was free 25k prestige. So all day in my classes im checking up on things to make sure i have enough to take this guy. I have lvl 10 shooting and maxed speed. I also had 900 but I spent 5 coins to quick build 200 cats and normal built 100. So i had around 1.2k cats.

*Keep in mind that im using university wifi AND im sitting directly under the router.*

As soon as I am able to command, I started to get really really heavy lag and I was timing my attacks correctly. I knew exactly how I was going to command it. I was going to move up 1 space with cats then attack his troops then move my cats back while moving my foots and cavs up to protect them while my cats do their thing. I commanded ROUND 1 then I could NOT command ROUND 2 but was able to command at ROUND 3. When I was able to command, I saw I lost 1k cats. I try moving them back and put my other troops up while I make my final stand.

I knew it was going to be a close battle but I would have won 100% sure because the guy I was attacking had only lvl 7 shooting. I told support exactly this but a little shorter summary and Icey (support22) didnt really explain to me why he couldnt give me back my troops.

Do you guys think I deserve my troops back? why and why not and can you tell me what Icey means by... "You commanded your troops" I didnt really get a complete answer but yea maybe comming here with something with more experience with this situation can tell me what to do.

I also tried asking him when will I be eligible to recieve my troops back but he also didnt understand that im asking him a question and he kept simply saying... "you commanded your troops" He even copy pasted the war report. I feel bad for him but I mean I really wanna understand wasup with this.

they probably wouldnt be able to refund your troops because it was a connection problem and not a problem with the game.
maybe there were lots of people using the wifi at once? sometimes i cant even log on at busy times of the day.

yeah ill have to agree with MichoMan, haypi isnt responsible for how good/bad your connection is, in saying that i have experienced what happend to you where i was unable to command all of a sudden even tho before and after the battle i experience no lag at all. has anything been further spoken about with support on getting your troops back? highly doubtful in this situation.

what icey means by "you commanded your troops" is "you were online and commanding and there was no error with the server so we cannot prove that there was a lag issue therefore cannot refund troops"

this has happened to me a few times and also others, just browse around the forums and ask in ur servers wc i gurantee it has happened to people around u
but they cant just refund troops to everyone who says they had a lag issue for one round cos otherwise everyone who lost anything would just say they had a lag issue
they usually only refund troops if its a server side error and the tech dude can confirm that something went wrong and it was thier fault

okay thx, I just wanted to understand where i stand in this. I just hope he didnt get mad because I have major problems understanding people who first language isnt english... whats ironic is that I was born in a family that doesnt even speak english as first language... So Icey, if ur reading this... my bad dawg :|

Generally, if support gives you an answer bringing it up won't help, but as you've gotten your answer there's no reason this can't be *Locked*
