Basically everyone starts with Ha_###### (Haypi Acc #) accounts.
Those players that don't get to Task 5 to change their names are obviously not playing the game and are easily distinguishable as inactive.

yes... and that system would have been good if Haypi actively pruned all the inactive accounds... or pruned them once in a while... or just prune it once...
