How many Oasis Can you have and when

I would like to know how many oasis you can have and what level you can get more? Thanks

You can have one oasis per every two of your levels rounded up.

So if your general title is level 3 then you can have 2, if your general level is 7 you can have 4 etc.

Divide your general title by two and round up. Oasis increases one every two levels. For example, 3 divided by two is 1 and a half. Round up to two. Same thing with 5,7,9,11,13,15,17,19 Only general title applies though
