Everyone got set back to level 1

What happened to server19. I looked at the world map and I'm level 1. All my neighbor from level 0 got pump up to level 1 and the guy/gal who used to be level 11 became level 1 as well. Nice, keep it this way!

You should have received a letter concerning this matter. In reality, everybody is the same level they have always been. There was just a minor problem. It should be fixed soon.

It says right in the letter from system that it will be fixed in the next update, which, also stated in te letter, is in a few days

As others have said, if you have checked your in-game mail, it will tell you what happened. they will fix it on the next update.

The odd thing is, if you take a city then that city has the correct level on it for you.

the haypi team are adding new functions to the game,as they said in the letter it will take a few days to fix it and they will fix it so dotn worry in a few days you will be back to your normal level.

why do we have to post the same thing twice?
