Need help asap for logging in

Why some times I log in to haypi it's says communicating please try later, i have waited for days but nothing. Iv tried contacting haypi about it but can't find email address can someone Plz help. Iv tried downloading the game again n it worked but now I you have to pay for this and I'm not going to pay for this game again Plz help

if you click the button as though you were going to pay for it a pop up will come up asking you if you want to install for free, click yes, and the connection problem means you have a weak internet signal or none at all.

There is no pop up or adds just says that so click try again n keeps bring up same message

No, to install the app again, even though it says it costs money, if you have already downloaded it once, just download it again, it will still be free.

He is saying delete the app and reinstall it....

You could just restart the app instead of reinstalling each time you have a hiccup :O :O :O :O :O
You restart by getting out of haypi, double tap home, press and hold the haypi icon, press the red circle that appears above haypi, go back to the main screen, then log back in.

This doesn't always mean that you will be able to log back in, but i've never reinstalled the app. :O :O :O :O :O

P.S. the home key is that huge button below the screen. If it still doesn't work it's because either your connection is bad or the server is having problems. If it's the server it's likely that others are having the same problem. That generally only happens during pvp though, especially in the beginning when people rush into pvp and start building at the same time.
