It isn't  one of my friends tiger201 tryed and it stole his five dollars and he had similar trouble as me

If you have already downloaded Haypi Kingdom(at any price free or otherwise) you can reinstall it for FREE just by downloading it as long as you use the SAME itunes account both times.

thats why you dont delete haypi

all you have to do is plug ur ipod into the computer and sync haypi back onto you ipod

if u downloaded it while free go to download click download it will come up you have purchased so u get it free

Most important thing, use the same iTunes account that you've used to download it before.

Also, is this the first time you friend downloaded Haypi Kingdom? If so then yea he would have definitely had to pay for it - if it isn't and he was charged then contact Apple about it. He would've gotten the coins in-game though, so if he does get a refund he'd have to return coins.
