switching servers

who do i go to about asking to move servers? ive asked one of the experts on pvp and recieved no reply.
im wanting to move my account "kulop" from server 7 to server 5. i dont know if this means resetting my account so i start from scratch or moving me as i am branch cities and all?
the reason i want to move is because i have made a load of friends in my desired server and i have none in the server i am in lol.

I doubt they'll move it but it won't do any harm to try. You may get lucky

And your account might have the same name, but it will be from scratch. You'll have to start all over, but if it's just to chat you won't mind that*.

Can't change servers. You can make another acct on another device using someone from s5 as your referral to go to that server, or if you're lvl 10 you can wait for the update and make an acct there (not sure if you'll be able to choose the server you want though) but your acct won't be transfered, you'll have to start all over and you'll have two accts.

Lvl 10 task automatically goes to newest server, so not 5.

i THINK... s5 is full.... i tried to make a friend on the game a s5 acc, i refered support5 and it got sent to s14 (or 13 i cant remeber ) and on my s5 acc i cant find a open slot lol

I heard that when a new server is out all new accounts go there for a week or so. Maybe that's what they meant by automatically go there so if you wait a bit it might let you go to any server.. I could be wrong though.
